Shipping Rates
Domestic
We have flat rates for Standard Shipping and Handling fees and for ‘bulky items’. Larger items may be subject to higher rates and we will advise the customer with a quote from Australia Post or Sendle.
We offer free pick up within the Northern Beaches and Sydney Metropolitan area.
Orders will aim to be processed within 3 business days of receiving payment (excluding public holidays) provided the item is in stock. Orders placed during busy periods such as Christmas or a sale will take longer to be dispatched. If you purchase any products on a non-business day (Monday to Friday), we will process the order on the next business day.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 2-5 business days. Rural areas may take longer.
International
Tommy & Milly ships worldwide. International customers will be provided with a shipping quote with the exact cost for Sendle or Australia Post before placing an order. The customer may then decide whether to proceed with the order. Alternatively there is a flat rate international fee of $50 for orders up to 2kgs and $100 over 2kgs.
Products shipped from Tommy & Milly are via Australia Post E-Parcel or Sendle (for international orders), unless agreed otherwise between the parties.
Australia Post E-Parcel does not include insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs. Signature on delivery may be required for some orders.
Bulky Shipping
Bulky orders have a flat rate of $19.95, however, oversized items and orders travelling to Western Australia or the Northern Territory will incur extras charges based on the rate provided by Australia Post.
Express shipping can be arranged at a higher rate if requested by the customer.
Tracking Orders
Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can then track your order via Australia Post.
