ARE THESE EASY TO BAKE?
Yes absolutely, no master bakers are required here to enjoy baking with our Cookie Baking Mixes!
All our Cookie Mixes are super easy to bake; you simply add butter and egg yolk and bake for 10-15 minutes to make 6 delicious cookies. (Full recipe and how-to-bake instructions provided with each Mix)
All our other Baking Mixes have the same simple step instructions and require minimal effort.
DO YOU USE AUSTRALIAN MADE INGREDIENTS?
Absolutely!! As above we are strong advocates for supporting Australian made businesses and ingredients. We use only Australian grown flour and sugar in all our Mixes and genuine Nestle Smarties & Choc Bits. From time to time additional ingredients may need to be sourced elsewhere if no suitable Australian Made option is available.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?
You can expect a minimum of 4-6 months shelf life on all our Mixes and always extending beyond the season it is intended – unless of course stated otherwise.
Reserve choc toppings for decorating.
Pour remaining contents of cookie mix into a bowl. Add 45g melted butter, 1 small egg yolk and 1/4 tsp. vanilla (optional). Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Roll mixture into one ball and press out to 3mm thick. Cut 6 gingerbread man shaped cookies with a cutter. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 160 'C for 8- 12 mins.
Melt white chocolate bits. Decorate cookies with choc bits and melted chocolate.

Choc drops (sugar, vegetable fat, milk solids, cocoa powder, emulsifiers soy lecithin 322, 476, 492, flavours, corn starch, glazing agents (414, 553b, 903), colour 122).
